EARLY LIFE

He was in leeds where his dad was a proffessionall footballer in the Leeds United . His father Alf-inge Haaland also played for Manchester United. His mother Gry Marita Braut was a national heptathlon champion in Norway,genetically he inherited the world class athleticism,both sides from his family. Despite being born in England he has his roots traced in Norway.

At the age of 3 his family moved to Bryne,Norway. Before coming to football his coaches choose for him to persue hanball proffessionaly. He has also participated in cross country skiing and long jump holding the record for the longest standing broad jump of 163cm for a 5-year old in 2006.

EDUCATION

He attended local schools in Bryne through the ranks of Bryne FK academy.His education ended at an early age of 15 yrs where he debuted for Bryne senior team.

FOOTBALL CAREER JOURNEY

BRYNE(2016-17)
In this time he made 16 appearances for the team starting from the age of 16 years old. This was his first professional club in his football journey.

MOLDE(2017-19)
Here he became famous and well known to his fans under the coaching of ole Gunnar. He scored four goals in 21 mins aginst Brann and was famously known for that.

REDBULL SALZBURG(2019-20)
Here is where he became a global breakout. He scored in five consecutively champions league and become the first teenager to do so.

BORUSSIA DORTMUND (2020-22)
Here he turned into a goal machine by scoring a hattrick coming if the bench in his debut and managed to score 86 goals in 89 games he was in the club.

MANCHESTERCITY(2023-PRESENT)
After a transfer fee of 65M euros paid to BVB he joined the city club and redefined the EPL history. in his debut he scored a brace and that season he scored 36 goals in 38 games breaking the record of most goals in a single EPL season. He led the club to their first ever trebble.

NORWAY(INTERNATIONAL DUTY)
Here he led his country for their first ever worldcup in 28 years and became the country’s all time top scorer surpassing the long standing record of Jorgen Juve.

He is known for his highly disciplined lifestyle. He consumes almost 6000 calories a day eating cow liver and heart rich in minerals.During his sleep he wears blue-light-blocking glasses before bed and uses a device to track his sleep quality.He mostly goes to meditations in snow and mountains and celebrates using his meditation celebrations indicating the player is calm under pressure.

In the late 2024 -early 2025 he became a father. With his partner Isabel Haugseng Johaness they had a child. The two met in BVB and have being together since then.Despite keeping his private life secretly it was leaked by Pep Gurdiolia during a press conference.
